With more than 10 years of precision casting techniques and molding development experience, we can offer complete CNC machining technology, various types of plating, coating, polishing and anode surface treatment to achieve high-quality standard for your requirements.
We have a factory equipped with advanced machines such as CMMs, image measuring instruments, hardness testers and surface roughness meters which are utilized by 70 workers. Our five-member R&D team, each with 10 years of experience, can produce 10 to 20 new products each year and five-member QC team ensures a defect rate less than three percent. With strong production and R&D, our output reaches three million pieces each month.
We focus on all the details of the production quality and dimension for accuracy such as in different measuring processes, in a professional examination and a 3-D (CMM) to do full-size measurements in order to achieve the exact quality. In addition, we have professional engineering design team to enhance product quality and process control capabilities, guided by ISO 9001: 2000 and RoHS standards.
